Probit complaint: Won’t respond trying to change number

My complaint:

I changed my phone number not realizing the hell it would be trying to change it on probit and I can’t access my funds without changing it there. I sent all docs I was supposed and it’s been weeks without even a response and my funds are now being held hostage there. Very unprofessional it’s sickening that they treat their customers this way

Suggested solution:

Allow me to withdraw MY FUNDS and start acting like you give a damn about your customers

I am having the same issue I have been trying since January of 21 to get them to even respond I finally get them to respond they said successful your number was changed and nothing still the old number I need my damn money stop treating me like in so hacker if I provided the appropriate documents and can do again with no problem then 1 why am I not getting a reply 2 why say we successful changed to the number you requested but the number never changed 3 what kind of company treats people like this or did… Read more »
