Pro-Tec Plumbing complaint: Failure to properly install or negotiate fairly

My complaint:

ProTec installed a whole house water filtration system without securing either the new tanks or water piping to the house. They used my existing hose spigot without permission to connect the new system to the water supply. Then they added a new spigot which by passed the tanks but was also unsecure. This was plastic and the first time I used my hose and reel, it fell over and completely destroyed the filtration system. They came out and charged me $295 to reinstall my water connection but sent a bill for $4000 to reconnect the tanks they improperly installed the first time. Since they won’t talk to me or negotiate fairly. I am 75 and convalescing from a recent major surgery.

Suggested solution:

Own up to their bad workmanship and begin the repairs and process of negotiating fairly. Even without fault I tried to meet them in the middle and they said all or go away!
