My complaint:

I’ve been a patient at Greer Primary since moving to SC. I’ve watched patient care erode year after year. I requested a refill in August was told it would be sent to pharmacy but it never happened nor was I contacted about needing to come in for a visit. I’m out of necessary medication but medical staff could care less. If I kill myself I hope they are prosecuted

Suggested solution:

Patient refills must be handle in a healthier way and follow up appointment notifications must be included
