PrimeXBT complaint: 1.5 weeks waiting to withdraw funds. Lost access to my email, they won’t help me change it or withdraw my money.

My complaint:

This is unbelievable. I used my company email to sign up for PrimeXBT. I got laid off last month, immediately losing access to my company email address and account. I work as an aerospace mechanical engineer given a security clearance as part of my job to design military aircrafts. Once you’re laid off, you aren’t cleared for access to any of that stuff anymore. Hence, my immediate loss of my email account immediately as I was laid off. Well, I told PrimeXBT this, I even sent them my termination letter from my former employer signed and dated by me, and they still haven’t helped. All I need to do is change the email address associated with my PrimeXBT account so I can withdraw the funds in my account. You can’t withdraw them without getting a verification email, BUT I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO THAT EMAIL ANYMORE. They’re saying this is an abnormal circumstance and that’s why it’s taking so long; you’re telling me this NEVER happens to other customers at Prime XBT, let alone anywhere else?? Are you kidding. I want to withdraw my crypto now.

CHANGE MY EMAIL ON MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN WITHDRAW MY FUNDS ALREADY
