My complaint:
Good Afternoon,
Today the 28022023 I visited Pret up the road from my home with my dog, who was on a lead and well behaved. My dog has been to this Pret many times, today the manager came over and informed me that pets are no longer aloud in his Pret.
How is this possibly ? Pret at this location has multiple dogs that visit with their owners, the offices located in this square are pet friendly. Could you please explain your pet policy to me, and has it changed?
I am most disappointed, many people have dogs and taking them for coffee is great for the dogs and the owners.

Email me back your response on Pet Policy and if in fact you have become pet unwelcoming this should be changed to welcoming pets
