My complaint:
My daughter has been there for nearly 2yrs she still ligatures often leading it to a close death experience taken to an outside hospital, I’ve never been notified my daughter cries to me on the phone how staff are mistreating her not giving her the care she needs I’m furious
Suggested solution:
I\'ve waited for many promised phone calls from managers, doctors to deal with my complaints but never get them so I want to take it to the chair man rupert Nichols
