My complaint:

I completed a lengthy application for a parking bay at Stanborough House E3 3LY in September 2021 only to be told that the ‘board’ has decided to only accept applications for those who are applying with an electric vehicle. The ‘board’ did not discuss this residents nor did they update residents of the change. Harca failed to put this information online on their website. I was told my application has been rejected due to me not having an electric vehicle, it is only when I contacted poplar Harca they decided to tell me this information.

Someone emailed to me on the 24th of September 2021 stating that they have updated their website. This is totally unacceptable as this is a clear example of misinformation for Residents as the policy was changed 18 days prior to being updated online. I have had issues parking my vehicle every since I made the application and I have been put on a waiting list once again as Harca have decided to change their policy back to accepting petrol and diesel vehicles again. I find this to be completely unfair as I originally made the application before the changes were made. I feel as though I should be given priority due to this reason.

Suggested solution:

Offer me the parking bay.
