My complaint:
My bet was returned without my consent. I obviously won but the prize was not received. There was no changes in the game that should have affected the odds, so this is invalid. I hooe this will be actioned on.
Suggested solution:
Kind send my prize with the winning odds indicated in the bet. It is never fair to invalidate a bet out of nowhere. Please help.
