My complaint:
On April 1st I deposited my $1,400 stimulus check into an ATM. I was told the endorsement had an issue and the check would be mailed back to my address, which is on the check itself.
After calling and calling for the past month I was told they finally received the check on May 1st. Now, instead of simply mailing it back home, they plan to keep it unless I enter a branch in Pittsburgh, PA. This is where corporate is located.
I am disabled and live in Baltimore, MD so I cannot simply travel all the way there to get my money back. They should have mailed it back to me weeks ago and are trying to keep my money. Please help and mail my check home to me.
Suggested solution:
By mailing my check back because they wouldn't accept the deposit.
