My complaint:
Bought a chip deal on 8th of this month i have not received my purchase had one so called human contact in 3 weeks telling me they’re busy got told to stop fileing support tickets i think this is both rude and unprofessional buisness practice a billion dollar company that has no respect for paying customers and i still have not received my refund of an over payment
Suggested solution:
They should first honour a binding contract they set down regarding purchases second give me the equivelent of my purchase has the original purchase is now worthless refund my over payment an apology would be nice and some sort of compensation for the distress and stress caused by their attitude lack of respect ignorence to my complaint
