My complaint:
I bought coins to play the game, but something went wrong with this payment. I lost the money and didn’t get any coins. Contacting Playtika is useless, their support blames the payment system from Microsoft store and take no action at all. ( second time this happens) Strange is they see the payment on their system, so they know i payed, but just say it didn’t pass Microsoft store server.
Suggested solution:
They have to make sure the customer gets the money back or the value in coins to play the game. What they do now is blaming Microsoft and telling the costumer to contact Microsoft. While contacting Microsoft is useless and they know that. It's not a product you can resend, so Microsoft doesn't give a refund.
