My complaint:
Recently slotomania ran an invite a friend promotion for 24 hours where you click on the in game banner and it takes you to choose your method to share. Of which Facebook messenger is an option. When you choose messenger the other part receives a picture but no link. after contacting customer support and being told to wait sometime to try again and if that didn’t work the representative would contact me via email. This is about 20days ago and his response was to use WhatsApp (which no one I know uses) and his message was not received until 2 hrs before the end and I had already sorted out sending it via email. My friend Downloaded the game from my link in his email and began playing. I did not receive the promised bonus for following through and when I contacted support I was laughed at. belittled and told I was lying and to go ahead and just enjoy future promotions. I have contacted support 6 or 7 times now about it and have received the same treatment and response.
Suggested solution:
Program the link to function on Facebook messenger because that's what most people use, or specify in the rules you can only use email or WhatsApp app. and send me my dang bonus already. I do have physical proof of these conversations.
