My complaint:
As a vulnerable person who suffers mental health I find myself making in app purchases that I can’t afford due to the nature of the constant advertisement of coins, bonuses to progress within the game. Playtika customer support don’t have the authoritie to issue refunds and are limited to what they can do other than offer a free bonus or gift every 24hrs and with no means of passing my request of a refund onto a higher manager as these support agents are not supervised even though in the terms and conditions it states refunds are strictly at playtika discretion. This site needs monitoring as they neither have the ability to set limits on how much you spend like a regulated gambling site which leaves vulnerable people like myself at risk .
Suggested solution:
Add deposit limits too there site.
Give more authorie to customer support.
Limit there advertising.
Issue me a refund for all in app purchases.
