Playtika complaint: Fraudulent purchase

My complaint:

They claim that the 200 dollars of chips i purchased was fraudulent and took the chips back with no other explanation.. purchased the chips on their website. How can this be?

Suggested solution:

Refund the chips or my 200 dollars
