My complaint:
I checked with my local tv provider registering my complaint about the lack of closed cap. Apparently, it was not a provider problem. So, my next question is why was there no closed captioning provided during and after the presidential debates? There are too many hearing impaired people who depend on closed captioning for something as important as the debate last night. I personally feel quite upset at not to be able to hear what was being said.
