Pinnacle Propane complaint: Dropped off route, no longer servicing

My complaint:

10 year loyal customer, have been on an established route all that time, regular tank checks and fill-ups. Always paid my bills. Suddenly last year I’m dropped from the route, tank goes empty, no one seems to know who I am or even have my cabin on a route!! After numerous calls we seemed to correct everything, ensured my credit card was up to date, someone came out and filled the tank with 150 gals or so. Was ASSURED (two calls) that I was back on the regular route. Never saw anyone again and now I’m out of propane again. Today I called and was told ‘our driver does not have you on our route, doesn’t know who you are’. I LEASE the tank from you!! This is unbelievable-I have guests staying at the cabin with NO HEAT. Today I was told, ‘well, we’ll poke around and see what’s going on.’ Never got a call back. I have NO RECOURSE or other options since it’s a Pinnacle tank, and at the mercy of this company to come fill it up.

Suggested solution:

Fill the tank ASAP and get me back on the route.
