My complaint:
I have come to this location for many years and last sunday i was at this location waiting on my shower to be done which the shower employee george was very amazing at cleaning and quickly done and done right as i’m waiting a very rude employee named anthony came back stating he was a manager and he can do what he wants and ripped the keys out of the gentle man who was cleaning hands and he took a female who only had a few dollars as we all heard them talking to the back shower and let her in then took her 8 dollars i understand she didn’t have the money i’m not upset about that i’m upset how rude he was to the employee cleaning and to all of us…i have never met someone so ignorant in my life. He makes all the other amazing employees here look awful. If i come back and i see him working i will go some where else i don’t need that in my life!! I feel bad for all the people who work with him and and have any dealing with him cause this isn’t the first bad experience i have had with him.
