Hello,
Kindly advise me where can I file a complaint against a medical spa. I did botox injunction and its caused me extrem headache for more than a month, after that I specialist did retouches after a month. It was supposed to last for at least six month, but it went off my face within two months, and now my face looks even worse.

Suggested solution:
I am terrified from the product that they used to do the injunctions, so I need an assessment to know if I will have any side effects and then I will need damages based on the results. Including the money I paid at the first beginning to do the botox. But I dont want this spa to inject anything in my face because I dont trust them anymore. I already complained twice to the spa, and they did not respond the second time.
