My complaint:
He was basically tricked by another gamer who falsely led him in too believing that if he cancelled the trade 4 seconds before the time he will gain more and would benefit from the rewards and still keep his pet that cost £200 because he was cancelling 4 seconds before the time was up. He repeatedly pressed cancel as shown on the evidence.
The trade should of never went through but somehow the other gamer took his pet. This is extremely upsetting for my son and very frustrating as I paid so much for the pet and its just been basically stolen. I’m a mum of 5 and I only work part time so I saved too get this pet for my son, they’re not cheap are they so it angers me how this can happen.
I’ve never seen my son so upset, he absolutely loves the game and is a very keen active player. This as completely knocked him and upset him immensely. I can’t possibly afford too save again for one, it was a birthday present for him. I have the receipt on my emails. Is there anyway you can retrieve it back? It’s unfair this can happen and it ruins the game for all loyal players who follow the rules.
I’ve seen through sites this seems too be a recurring thing and I can imagine it will effect the reputation of the game and disheartened players. The player whole stole my sons pet is named kawaiHuge_yt my sons username is factoryfarmer
Suggested solution:
By looking into the matter and compensating the pet back as it was stollen.
