My complaint:
He logged on, went into a server and a hacker took everyone’s pets and left. My son is 11 and devastated. I bought him the huge dog and Axolotl plushies so he could have the codes and he had lots of other pets too
Suggested solution:
Gift them back please and sort out your cyber security. This shouldn’t be happening
