My complaint:

Fault with 2 of the Co.’s products
thats what got me started on them.

(1) PM Superstar Retinoid Night Oil

In recent times, I had to return 2 of them on separate occasions. The reason was, the pump was not working.

(2) PM Hydrate Lightweight moisturiser

On a couple of them i found it very difficult to remove the little plastic tip, to allow the moisturiser out. Its difficult to pull the plastic tip out. So I got the tip out so far, the moisturiser comes out the sides of the tip.
And even now when its empty, the tip is dry, it still wont come out.

Im not sure if there are other customers who contacted the company with those faults, but i thought it would be useful for them to know.
Im hoping it prooves useful for the manufacturing dept. to know about the faults.

I will continue to use the products, as they are really great. And im so happy to be supporting an Irish company. And so happy to know what great ingredients are used in their manufacture.

I just wanted them to send me a reply. I sent them 2 emails re the problems, but have had no reply. I also sent them photos of the said products. I wrote to their customer care dept. Disappointed they didnt reply, as i felt it was an important notification for them.
