My complaint:

Signed up for free trial. Poor content, bad streaming tools. Tried to cancel week or so later. Website says I have a free trial, no amounts due, no cancel option. Then I get double charged. But, there’s no reasonable way to contact them. They want me to sign up for another account where I give them a credit card and have to pay for an answer to my question! I manage to chat w/ someone (only took a few hours to get to that point). I’m told I’m not entitled to a refund. Peacock is a waste of time and money!

Suggested solution:

I don't expect anything from them. I just want others to know Peacock isn't worth it and not to go there.
