My complaint:
I checked my bank account this morning and found you charged me $4.99 for Peacock. I DO NOT WANT PEACOCK! I did not authorize this charge. I would like my money refunded. Your service is atrocious and not professional at all. I tried to reach you by phone and online. I got nowhere. So, I went to the Better Business Bureau and lodged a complaint there.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of $4.99 and remove my credit card information. Finally, CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I am on disability. You left my account with very few funds.
