My complaint:
My card was used in a scam and the scammers stole 800 from me. I contacted PC Financial right away and they reversed the issue, so that was great. However months later I get a statement saying I owe the 800. I contacted them and they said that they paid me twice, which I did not see on any statement. So some employee screws up and then months later the credit card company comes back to you and says yeah it was our screw up, but you owe us money now. Go after the employee that screwed up. We did nothing wrong on our end. And with Galen Weston Jr getting billions from the taxpayer for some fridges he could afford because he is buddies with trudeau while the rest of Canada suffers, it just doesn’t sit well with me. If I had an employee that screwed up and then I had to go back to my client and say one of my workers messed up but you are going to have to pay me more money, I don’t think I would have them as customers anymore. Canada is suffering, Galen and his family are screwing over all of us with massive increases in food prices because he can and then gets billions from the tax payer from trudeau, then hires inept workers for his credit card company, they screw up, and we have to pay for their mistakes. I am cancelling my card and contacting the media about this (not the left wing media)
Suggested solution:
Take the 800 off my account that their employee messed up on and am now expecting me to pay for it. They said they overpaid me, I didn't see any proof of that, just by what they have told me, but if they messed up, they can't come back to you months later and say they screwed up, now pay for it, when you did nothing wrong.
