My complaint:
We are sitting here eating a very expensive baguette cake coffee. Looking around the surroundings in particular the wood on the table dividers are very dusty. The casual chairs some banquets are very shabby to add insult to injury we’ve just watched a server ‘clean’ a table just brushing off the crumbs with her gloved hand onto the floor. She did not come back with a cloth or cleaning product.
Only the disabled toilet is working is not in a decent state.

Expect more from the brand cost. Won’t be back
