My complaint:

Patel brothers is an Indian Grocery Store. This is the chain of stores located across the country. I am writing from jacksonville, FL. Due to the COVID 19 situation, people were buying essential items for cooking such Rice, types of lentils and vegetables. The store has increased the price of almost everything from 10% to 50% utilizing this artificial demand. There are lots of people who will be able to accommodate the price increase, there are few that will not be able to. And the company is using this critical situation to their benefit……One example is the 20LB rice bag used to cost about $17 on 31320 is costing $25 on 32020. And many of the items have had the price increase like this.

Suggested solution:

1. Immediately they should reduce the prices on all the item to normal
2. Refund the added price money to all the people who has charged more in the last few days. If this is not possible donate all of the extra money to the government fund for COVID 19
3. Or any other option to get the money to the needy people or the impacted people

Patel brothers from Ashburn, VA charged me one item as grocery (no name) for 3.49, which I do not see in my received items.
