I purchased Aashirvaad Aata 20 lbs today from Irving Store and when I reached home I found there is hole in packet and Aaata is coming out of packet. I saw few scattered in my Car trunk. My wife called irving store to replace bag but the person attending the call said that you might have kept the Aata below the trolly where as this was kept at the top, and then he said that if the packet is torn we would have seen Aata scattered in the store what a good logic when I clearly saw Aaata scattered at the place from where I picked up the bag. During this covid time I do not want to use this bag, I will throw this as I do not know if this small hole was due to mishandling at the origin or here and I can’t take the risk at this time.
Please note this is not how the business houses should respond and you should have good customer support to understand the genuinity of the complaint. I am registering my complaint to make you understand what is happening in the store and show you the real face and you need to understand that for $7.99 no one will waste gas, time and energy. They need to do quality check with in before putting these items in shelves. I also saw you selling expired products and now I started checking expiry dates. Be careful and don’t do wrong practices.
I am not sure as they refused to address blaming us.
