My complaint:
I ordered some earrings from Billyjo Roberts consultant number 481218 I paid for them on November 8th she hasn’t sent my earrings or tried to give me a refund at all.She also raised 95.00 dollars that night doing a fundraiser for my mother who was in the hospital all proceeds were to go to her we haven’t seen a dime and non of our friends who ordered to help got their jewelry either. Waited for a tracking number and She keeps making up excuses and all I want is my 10.53 and part ways with her. She want answer her messages and is very unprofessional and a thief. please contact me as soon as possible so I can get my refund and get this resolved she needs to be stopped.
