My complaint:

I ordered jewelry from my consultant I’ve been with for years. The address was entered incorrectly and was delivered to with my name but to someone else in my trailer park. Upon ing my consultant Debbi Koehler, she stated it was my fault and there was nothing she could or would do to fix the issue. She has been my consultant for many years and I have been a faithful customer, I expected better than this.

I was finally able to get in contact with my neighbor, only to find out they had mailed the package back to her. I let Mrs. Kohler know the package was on it’s way back to her and that I would like it shipped to me upon it’s return to her. She stated as she felt it was not her error for entering the incorrect address, she would be charging me, again, for shipping.

I can’t imagine a time that I would ever enter my own address incorrectly, as I enter all the time. I’m familiar however with reading her emails, text messages and posts that are rife with mistakes constantly. She even jokes about it on her Paparazzi page.

I thought for sure she would want to keep a loyal customer, however she refused to mail the $40 worth of product to me without me paying for shipping again. She has lost a customer. And it’s likely Paparazzi has as well.

I’m not the first person to have issues with Debbi Koehler. I hope she is contacted by her upline and this is rectified. Thanks, Bethany De Hart

Suggested solution:

I would like Debbi Koehler to be contacted by her upline and coached on how to better handle situations like this in the future. When I was a consultant I would have reodered the pieces for my customer and replaced them for free (maybe charged half-price) and prayed I got the others back. Or tried anything to make it right with my customer. She offered nothing.
