My complaint:
Hello,
I started the registration process online at 10:45 cst. I work full time in an office but ignored it and for 5 hours nonstop I refreshed my screen over and over. I never could register.
I have already paid for the week at MGM Grand as well as gotten our airline tickets.
I kept getting put on the call back list and then would try back.
Suggested solution:
I love Paparazzi. I am sick to my stomach though because again our room and air, even my gown is already bought.
Could you squeeze me in and register me? I would be forever grateful.
