My complaint:

Saturday May 21st I ordered food from Panera through Door Dash. They sent me someone else’s order. I reached out and was told the money would be credited back to my debit card….the money still isn’t there. Monday I tried ordering from them through Door Dash again and this second time they forgot half my order. I went to the store directly today and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I reached back out to door dash they’re saying too many days have passed by for them to give me a refund. Monday night before ordering I even asked politely if they could double check the food to see if it was right….they had plain directions and still couldn’t comprehend and got my order wrong. I blame the employees fixing the food because they should have fixed it like I asked the first time and included all of my paid for food items. I also blame Door Dash for not taking responsibility and for not having a more watchful dasher. Now I am rougly 45-50 dollars shit out of luck of my hard earned money because the employees at Panera Bread couldn’t follow directions and get my order right. And after it happening the second time I am honestly wondering if the employees were trying to be funny and did it on purpose.

Suggested solution:

They need to teach their employees to pay more attention plain and simple. They need a much better system when it comes to making sure all paid for items are included in people's food bags. My money back would have been great and it seems like these so called, half ass online representatives they have are wheeling, dealing, and scamming folks out of their money. One of the reps had the nerve to tell me that I should have reported the mishap as soon as it happened. I guess when I reported it to door dash as soon as it happened the first time Saturday night I was talking to the back of my own ass then.
