My complaint:
I went into Panera to eat and ordered my food. I got my drink and sat down. When it was time to go get my food, I saw that the ENTIRE tiled area was covered in very soapy water. When I mentioned it to an employee, they said “Oh you can walk on it, it’s okay.” REALLY??? From your perspective, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and from the public’s point of voice this is dangerous and could result in a fall and broken bones! This is just completely unacceptable. It was 8:08 pm when this happened.
Suggested solution:
Get employees on board with safety! Make sure floors and dry during business hours or marked as wet when it’s necessary for them to be wet.
