My complaint:
As a customer of that goes to Panera bread often I was waiting for my food to be prepared and over heard an employee talking about golf. I heard her say to other employees golf was a white mans sport pretty loudly. I thought that was very rude considering that statement was very offensive. Employees need to watch what is being said loudly you never know who’s listening.
Suggested solution:
They need to talk to employees/managers about conversations being held. You never know whom maybe listening and who may take offense to a conversation being had.
