My complaint:

We arrived at this location at 8:50 pm and we were told that whatever they have is all they have to choose from and that they were not making anything else.Mind you they close at 10 pm .So we start my choosing the rice or noodles so I asked for white rice and was told they had none and I was like ok np so I choose the noodles and as I start to choose the walnut shrimp which looked terrible to began with I was like ok I take that I guess so she serves me a portion and their was like 3 or 4 shrimp left in the pan and I said well u don’t have enough for a double portion so she gave me the last of what was left 3 shrimp and put the last of the string bean chicken on top amd charged me an extra portion of walnut shrimp then I choose the chicken and mushroom and my husband ordered the teriyaki for his plate and she served him from the batch that looked older then the other batch sitting there.So as I pay and were starting to leave another couple arrived both of whom were better dressed in you I’d wasn’t dressed in my best yet my money is just as green as theirs then as we start to leave I over here the employee tell them that they could make them fresh walnut shrimp it would be ten mins or so.Clearly after we were told they were not guna make anything else .So we get home and start to eat and the shrimp was terrible the string bean chicken she mixed with the shrimp that was left had nothing but uncooked onion and 3 string beans no chicken not even close to a portion then the all the veggies from the chicken and mushroom were raw .My husband’s noodles were extremely dry and the teriyaki chicken was super dry and hard he tried to eat it do needless to say I have all the food left there the egg rolls were awful I tried calling the next morning to speak with management and was told by an employee that he was busy and what was my issue I said no I want to speak to your manager no one else then she said well he’s busy he cam call u back .Here we are half a day later and no call back .I’m really upset and don’t what other steps to take

Suggested solution:

I tried calling corporate and made a complaint but even then this issue is ongoing 3 of their locations have told us they stop making food an hour to closing and that has come from managers at the restaurant so I really don't no which route to take
