My complaint:
I’m so disappointed at Pampers. We’ve recently got 1 box of baby-dry size 2 and 2 of size 3 after our Huggies box finished to give Pampers a try. The diaper material is soft and seems gentle on skin. However, we’ve never experienced so many leaks with our 2 month baby, which causes such a hassle – we need to remove baby’s clothes, deal with the stains (and loose many clothes), while the baby awakes and cries. We’ve put Pampers diapers aside and are considering throwing them away since we don’t even want to offer them to friends. So much money and materials wasted. We don’t trust Pampers anymore.
Suggested solution:
Refund or better diapers to be tried.
