Ordered a small battery operated chain saw on November 12, 2020 from Ouyi Group Limited. My wife wanted the saw for yard work. She expected us to put it under the tree. On Christmas Day when she did not get it we realized it was never received.
Thinking back, on or about mid December we had received a small envelope in the mail with what I think is called a rope saw. It is about a two foot length of wire with a ring on both ends. It looks like a saw I used once to cut large diameter PVC pipe.
The packaging gave no indication of why I received this device. Since it’s value is about $3.00 I was not really concerned. I put the device in a drawer.
When we realized the chain saw had never arrived, I remembered the rope saw and felt this was supposed to be the chain saw.
On December 25, 2020 I filed a complaint with PayPal. There was correspondence between me and PayPal and me and the vendor over the next month
The vendor’s stance is that they shipped a package and the post office verifies it was delivered. That is right. It was the WRONG product though. I never received what I ordered.
The fault is with the shipper; the vendor. THEY SHIPPED A PRODUCT NOT ORDERED.
PayPal has just refused to have the correct product shipped or return my $26.98. I would have no problem shipping back the wrong product AT OUYI GROUP’S expense. All I want is what I ordered.
Refund or send what I ordered. Attached is photo of what I received.
