My complaint:
I ordered a small battery operated chain saw on November 14, 2020 from Ouyi Group Limited which was never received.
I did, however, receive a small envelope in the mail with what I think is called a rope saw. It is about a two foot length of wire with a ring on both ends.
The packaging gave no indication of why I received this device. Since it’s value is about $3.00 I was not really concerned. I put the device in a drawer.
When we realized the chain saw had never arrived, I remembered the rope saw and felt this was supposed to be the chain saw.
I filed a complaint with PayPal. There was correspondence between me and PayPal and me and the vendor over the next month
The vendor’s stance is that they shipped a package and the post office verifies it was delivered. Which I guess is technically correct. It was the WRONG product though. I did not received what I ordered.
The fault is with the shipper; the vendor. THEY SHIPPED A PRODUCT NOT ORDERED and didn’t ship the hand held chainsaw that I ordered.
PayPal has just refused to have the correct product shipped or return my $26.98. I would have no problem shipping back the wrong product AT OUYI GROUP’S expense. All I want is what I ordered.
Thank you.
Suggested solution:
Either ship me what I ordered or refund my $26.98.
