My complaint:
on 12212020 I purchased a battery -powered chain saw. I paid $19.99 for the saw and 6.99 for shipping, order IAH42780. A total of $26.98 payed by pay-pal. transaction ID:5jb49248fe604930e. I never received the saw. This is a scam company. Do not purchase from them.
Suggested solution:
Refund $26.98 to my account.
