My complaint:
On January 11, 2021 I ordered and paid express shipping for the above noted item. The advertisement stated that the item would be delivered in 7-12 days if I paid for express delivery. The total cost was $29.98 USD.
I have sent two emails to amason-com@ouyiec.com, no reply. I have tried sending two emails to info@amasonmall.cm, comes back undelivered. i also tried sending an email to payment@ouyiec.com, that comes back undelivered. I am at a loss as to where to go next.
Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see why I did not receive my item or a reply to my emails and if possible a refund of the monies paid for the item.
