My complaint:
Sent for golf shoes in October complained when 2MONTHS later when they didn’t arrive told to track them I did it said they were at Nottingham post office went to Newark post office they checked said they were at Notts post office but the delivery address was different to mine I went to the address but they had not arrived
Suggested solution:
Return the money off. £26'98 or send the shoes ordered
