My complaint:
I paid almost $3,000 to have Orkin get bats from my home. Fine for about 5 months, then I am hearing bats again. Called many times and FINALLY someone came and fixed several sports on roof. About 6 weeks after that I am hear bats in my walls again. Have sent e-mails many times and no response. Terrible service!!!!

I want them to come back and fix this problem at no cost. At almost $3,000 the problem should have been taken care of.
