My complaint:
So I been using the Orion Stars platform through diamond Palace on Facebook they have always been a fast easy service there have never been any issues until 2 days ago when I deposited a dollar because my redemption and reload amounts were minimum a dollar to reload and Max 300 to cash out and it would be $20 to cash out minimum so I had 148 on my game I have tried now for working on 48 hours of getting this platform to just give me back my money that I want they tried to do me and tell me that if I wanted to redeem all of my money I had to add 20 more dollars because they could only redeem me $25 since I only deposited a dollar I said oh no no no when I look for a new platform to play on I always ask the minimum reload and redeem maximum redeem and if there’s any stipulations which there was none I have screenshots of all of my conversations I have screenshots of my account when I had the money on it and when they took it off the game I have a screenshots of where they told me that the process just takes a minute I have been scammed by a few people and it’s always for large amounts of money where they tell you that you can redeem your money and there’s never any stipulations on how much you can redeem because of the fact that you only load the minimum they still will not talk to me but they keep checking my messages on Facebook Messenger it’s quite ridiculous and I feel that I should be redeemed my money by Orion Stars the corporation. Because they are just people that are working for them their vendors basically and it’s a vendor isn’t going to pay me then the company needs to
Suggested solution:
I should be given my 148.00 that I won so I can continue to enjoy Orion stars instead of looking for a new Gaming platform
