My complaint:
I had deposited money with Orion star Texas and while playing Orion stars I had won the jackpot and on top of that I won another $200 and so the total was approx $300 and I informed Orion star Texas I was ready to cash out at $260 and leave $40 to play on, they proceed to tell me that they only see $33 in credits and I need to play more and so on, and then had the nerve to ask me if I had proof of the $300 I won
Which in turn sounded to me like they just jacked me for my money but then they turn around and say I need to contact Orion star support and inform them that they just handle deposit and redemptions
I showed them proof of me winning the jackpot, at least I had proof of that and they still insisted I contact support
So I tried to reach the owner of Orion star and nothing
I’m not sure who Is liable but I know there is a way to see the history of my game laying on that specific date but I do not know how to obtain that on my own
I am going to submit the screenshot I did take that shows my player id matching with the jackpot win to at the very least prove I won that
But I know the history will also show that I won $300 and then something happens and it going down to $33
However you can help I greatly would appreciate it so much.
These are thieves and it’s either the game or the one the game is allowing to do this
