Orion Stars complaint: Refuse to pay out winnings

My complaint:

I was playing a Ryan stars with a gamer, and I won the jackpot issued out by the game, and the gamer refused to pay out and said that they did not pay out any jackpots issued by game. But I would think that anyone who is using Orion stars to , also honor their ways of conducting their game. However they refuse to pay my winnings.

Suggested solution:

By making gamer pay off my jackpot win.
