Tonight I won $518.88. I messaged my agent to cash out and then when I went back to login, it was $18.88 left in my account. I repeatedly asked to see my gaming record, and they wouldn’t show it to me said that I didn’t log out or when I logged out my game was left on auto mode so it’s my fault that I lost my money when it wasn’t there’s some photographic evidence as well.

To be precise, I won the money at 12:20 at which time I logged out and messaged my agent and then at 1:20 my agent said that there was only $18.88 in my account.

What I want now is to Refund the missing 500 or cash it out like I wanted it in the first place
