My complaint:
I asked my agent to cash me out and they said they would but I never received the money got board so logged back in since I was still waiting so I started playing and got up to a little over 100 and got board playing one game so went to switch and it kicks me off and said my account was suspended I made a deposit and then just got nothing when I won agent won’t talk to me no more. I just want my winnings.
Suggested solution:
I will be happy with getting my winnings from the account where I won
