My complaint:

I m a menulog delivery driver get a delivery from Opoto Minto. I was there and waiting for the food. I saw a new girl with hijab told me pls swipe collected order from ur apps . I told her without having food why do i do that? She told me yes you need to that , then the guys coming since he is the manager but there is no name batch on his uniform. He came and shouting with me that I should to swipe the pick order without having food. He was so rude and shouting with me . I told him without having food why do i do that . He said i dont give u the food . This is my third time this store manager or i dont who is he doing the same behave with me. And today when i was left the store i heard he was use slang language in his own language.As a oporto store we can expect this kinds of behave with any staff. Not only with me they did this behave with lot of my colleagues.This is the question of food and safety. This is third time with me . If u need then u can contact with me .

Suggested solution:

They should to take action about that and any higher authority should to take action about that. If u need me i can complain face to face and should to make sure the justice from all of the delivery driver, who delivered food from the Minto oporto
