My complaint:
I stopped my subscription after I did not have access the first month to GPT4 even though I paid for it. They still charged me twice after that. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service over months but no resolution. I do not know what else to do to get a refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund the last two charges for dekock@tamuct.edu
