My complaint:
I saw a video and i clicked on it next page it shows the name of the videos and in the lower section big letters CANCEL …PAY $ 55 was not worth it so I click CANCEL and i went on Next i get a call from the bank asking if i had authorize the purchase ,,? I say NO NEXT day i get a email saying that i must pay $55 to reopen my account I di not want to fight I pay it account reopen
With the account open i checked in my purchases see if the video was there IT WAS NOT
NEXT THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN and they say i Violated the rules again in order to reopen i need to follow certain rules with the office First thing was a perfect picture face a perfect picture of my Drivers license a picture of the back of the license and a complete personal info name address and more witch I did the acount is open again Now few days later is TERMINATED again because they say I OWED $4 I ASK support how to pay it The next day i started to get REFUNDS And i final notice saying that they have TERMINATED MY ACCOUNT FOR GOOD to many of RULES ViIOLATIONS
Suggested solution:
i want my account back I have done nothing WRONG
