My complaint:
I ordered tickets for the Sheryl Crow concert and my card was charged back in December 2019. The concert was delayed twice and finally was Tuesday September 14, 2021.
For weeks I tried to get the tickets and could not. Finally less than two hours before the concert, I received an email transferring the tickets and then one cancelling the transfer.
Suggested solution:
Refund the full amount I was charged.
